1 LMT with evening availability
Ideal for therapists seeking 10–15 hands-on hours per week with flexibility and room to grow.

Rooted Massage is a mentorship-based wellness practice built on a collaboration-over-control model. We support massage therapists early in their careers while offering a clear, transparent pathway toward independence and higher earning potential.

This is not a traditional clinic job. Rooted prioritizes autonomy, ethical practice, and long-term professional relationships — even as therapists eventually move on to their own practices.

Compensation Structure
Early Phase: Session-based pay ($23/HR)
100% of tips retained
Growth Phase: Optional transition to room rental after consistent client relationships are established
Room Rental (post-transition only): $20 per booked hour

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For
Licensed Massage Therapist (or license pending)
Strong communication and consent awareness
Comfort adjusting pressure and receiving feedback
Professional, collaborative mindset
Interest in long-term growth and sustainability
