Pay range for Ojas Massage Practitioners is $48-80 including base rate and gratuity. Plus earn higher pay for weekends! $1,000 Bonus if you join the Ojas team full time and commit to one evening and one weekend day!

Compensation:

Our Massage Therapist compensation is outstanding with average earnings per service between $48 and $80 including base rate and gratuity. Plus MORE pay for weekends! In addition we offer bonuses and regular performance based pay increases.

Requirements

Active license, in good standing issued by the State of Maryland for Registered Massage Practitioner or Licensed Massage Therapist.
Physical capability to apply massage techniques to clients, including the ability to exert varying levels of physical pressure, and to manipulate muscles with kneading, pressing, and gliding strokes performed with hands, fingers, forearms, elbows and thumbs.
Ability to bend and twist at the waist.
Physical stamina to provide multiple treatments per day.
Ability to stand for up to 8 or more hours and ambulate.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Knowledge of Maryland State Massage laws regarding ethics, client confidentiality and record keeping (SOAP note) procedures.
Knowledge of massage contraindications.
